1.2067 is a widely used cold working die steel, known as "non-deformation steel", but the formation of network carbide is more sensitive.Mainly used for quenching requirements of small deformation, long and complex shape of cutting tools (such as broach, long tap, long reamer, special milling cutter) and measuring tools (such as die, block gauge, gauge, sample column, sample sleeve) and small section and complex shape of high precision cold die.

Hardness: annealed,255~207HB, indentation diameter 3.8~4.2mm;Quenching, p 62 HRC.

Heat treatment specification: quenching,800~830℃ oil cold.
