1.2312 Description with Details :
1.2312 plastic mold steel is a pre-hardened plastic mold steel, suitable for limited polishing;
1.2312 plastic mold steel has excellent machining performance; it can be chrome-plated and sun-textured; the cross-sectional hardness is uniform (up to 400mm thick);
1.2312 mold steel is a conventional smelted EF+LF+VD plastic mold steel with good toughness and machining performance.
For customers with higher requirements for sun patterning and polishing, we recommend the use of XPM die steel or XPM VICTORY ESR materials.
Factory state: pre-hardened and tempered.
Using status: 280-325 HB or according to customer requirements.
Steel structure: Fine and uniform bainite structure.
