1.2316 Die steel is used to produce plastic molds resistant to chemical corrosion.
Performance of 1.2316:
1.Prehardening and tempering plastic die steel,
2. Excellent corrosion resistance,
3. Excellent wear resistance and toughness,
4.Good thermal fatigue resistance,
5. Uniform hardness of materials, excellent polishing performance,
6. Low impurity content, stable production at the same time,
Forging softening annealing quenching tempering
1100-900 ℃, 780-820 ℃, 1000-1040 ℃ # 600-700 ℃
According to ASTM E45 method A, A sulfide ≤0.5, B oxide, C silicate and D spherical oxide ≤1 each or DIN 50602-K1≤10 or as required by customer.
Fine uniform martensite structure work, steel factory state: tempering hardness.
Application :
1. Especially suitable for thermoplastic corroded plastics,
2. Suitable for small molds,
3. Suitable for transparent and mirror products and molds.
